November 2020: Home prices in New Albany increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in New Albany rose by $155,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $601,000 - a 34.9% increase over the $445,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in New Albany in November 2019.
