Median home prices in Westerville rose to $305,000 in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Westerville rose by $48,250 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 18.8% increase over the $256,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Westerville in October 2019.
