Falling home prices in New Albany in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in New Albany fell by $116,500 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $416,000 - a 21.9% decrease over the $532,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in New Albany in October 2019.
