Huber Ridge median home prices fell by 2% in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Huber Ridge fell by $3,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 2% decrease over the $175,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Huber Ridge in September 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
