Huber Ridge home prices rose in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Huber Ridge rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Huber Ridge in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
