Pricing for the median home in Westerville increased during July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Westerville rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 59.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,500 - a 12.2% increase over the $259,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Westerville in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Westerville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,424, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
