Reynoldsburg median home prices rose by 22.9% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Reynoldsburg rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 109.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the second quarter of 2020.
