The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Blacklick fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Blacklick fell by $64,500 while total sales increased by 375%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 16.8% decrease over the $384,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Blacklick in the second quarter of 2020.
