The first quarter of 2021: Huber Ridge experienced a 8.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Huber Ridge rose by $15,450 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,450 - a 8.4% increase over the $183,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
