Median home prices in Westerville rose to $263,750 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Westerville rose by $17,750 while total sales decreased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,750 - a 7.2% increase over the $246,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Westerville in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Westerville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,424, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
