Huber Ridge home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Huber Ridge rose by $32,050 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $169,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2019.
