The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Westerville rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 33.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 23.5% increase over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Westerville in the fourth quarter of 2019.
