Home prices increased in Huber Ridge during the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Huber Ridge rose by $10,700 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 6.1% increase over the $175,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
