Median home prices in Huber Ridge rose to $195,000 in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Huber Ridge rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 62.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 13.4% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Huber Ridge in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
