Rising home prices in Pinhook in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Pinhook rose by $20,900 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,900 - a 9.5% increase over the $219,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Pinhook in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Pinhook for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,354, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
