October 2021: Home prices in Huber Ridge increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Huber Ridge rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 4.7% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Huber Ridge in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
