Home prices increased in New Albany during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in New Albany rose by $185,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $601,000 - a 44.5% increase over the $416,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in New Albany in October 2020.

The median sales tax in New Albany for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $12,245, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
