Rising home prices in Huber Ridge in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Huber Ridge rose by $47,900 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,900 - a 27.8% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Huber Ridge in September 2020.
