Blacklick home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Blacklick rose by $8,500 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $351,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Blacklick in September 2020, as well.
