Median home prices in Reynoldsburg rose to $209,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Reynoldsburg rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 65.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the third quarter of 2020.
