Rising home prices in Huber Ridge in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Huber Ridge rose by $33,900 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,900 - a 18.2% increase over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Huber Ridge in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
