How did home prices perform in Westerville during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Westerville rose by $61,200 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,700 - a 23.4% increase over the $261,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Westerville in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Westerville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,424, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
