November 2021: Home prices in New Albany increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in New Albany rose by $37,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $638,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $601,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Albany in November 2020.

The median sales tax in New Albany for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $12,245, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
