Gahanna median home prices rose by 2.9% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Gahanna rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 48.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Gahanna in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Gahanna for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,813, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
