Westerville home prices rose in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Westerville rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Westerville in December 2020.
