December 2021: Home prices in New Albany increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in New Albany rose by $270,500 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $882,500 - a 44.2% increase over the $612,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in New Albany in December 2020.
