Median home prices in Reynoldsburg rose to $217,500 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Reynoldsburg rose by $31,500 while total sales increased by 80.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 16.9% increase over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Reynoldsburg in the fourth quarter of 2020.
