Rising home prices in Huber Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Huber Ridge rose by $19,000 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Huber Ridge in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Huber Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,729, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
