Blacklick home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Blacklick rose by $50,850 while total sales increased by 121.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,750 - a 18.5% increase over the $274,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Blacklick in the fourth quarter of 2020.
