Median home prices in Pinhook fell to $220,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Pinhook fell by $19,900 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $239,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pinhook in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pinhook for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,354, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
