Blacklick home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Blacklick rose by $63,300 while total sales increased by 81%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,500 - a 22.6% increase over the $280,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Blacklick in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Blacklick for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,850, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
