Franklin County Sheriff's Office issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.

Deputies and Human Resource employees had a really wonderful visit with students at Columbus Downtown High School this week talking about career opportunities at the Sheriff’s Office.

The students are enrolled in the school’s Public Safety program and impressed us with their smart questions and honest conversations.  Many students didn’t realize the Sheriff’s Office hires at the age of 18, or that our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement.  The FCSO is hiring right now. Visit sheriff.franklincountyohio.gov to apply.
