Invitation to Bid - Taylor Farm Park, Phase 1

City of New Albany recently issued the following announcement.

Sealed proposals for the TAYLOR FARM PARK, PHASE 1 will be received by the City Manager of the City of New Albany, Ohio at Village Hall, 99 W. Main Street, New Albany, Ohio until 11:00 a.m., local time on: March 11, 2022.

At such time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City of New Albany may choose to not award the bid until 60 days after the bid opening. The City will consider all bids valid until 60 days after the opening date, despite not being accepted or rejected by the City. The work for which bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the TAYLOR FARM PARK, PHASE 1.

Digital copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications will be made available upon request by contacting Marlene Donaldson at 614‐855‐0076 or a printed copy is available for inspection by prospective bidders at the New Albany Public Service Facility, Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m and 4:30 p.m., 7800 Bevelhymer Road, New Albany, Ohio 43054.

All potential bidders may please note that a Pre‐Bid meeting will be held on March 2, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. As a result of the COVID‐19 outbreak, the Pre‐Bid Meeting will be held virtually by teleconference, to discuss any questions that bidders may have.
