March 10, 2022, is Harriet Tubman Day is Reynoldsburg

City of Reynoldsburg issued the following announcement on Mar 1.

Reynoldsburg  City Council issued a resolution declaring March 10, 2022, as Harriet Tubman Day in Reynoldsburg. In observance of the 109th anniversary of her passing, we remember Harriet Tubman's commitment to freedom and rededicate ourselves to the timeless principles she sought to uphold. 

Members of the Reynoldsburg-Truro Historical Society, Reynoldsburg School Board Vice President Angela Abram, Reynoldsburg Girls Track members Nya Collier and Hollyn Tillman, GirlTrek: Healthy Black Women and Girls, and Black Girls RUN!, were present to offer remarks to the Harriet Tubman Resolution.
