February 2022: Home prices in New Albany fell

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in New Albany fell by $97,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $762,500 - a 11.3% decrease over the $860,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in New Albany in February 2021.

The median sales tax in New Albany for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $12,245, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
