Women's Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Course

Selfdefense

City of New Albany recently issued the following announcement.

Join New Albany Police for the spring Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) course.

The course, led by NAPD Officer Leland Kelly and Probation Officer Amy Boyd, is 12 hours long and is divided up into four 3-hour classes. Participants are not required to attend all the sessions, but full participation is highly recommended as each lesson builds on the previous class. Classes will take place from 5-8 p.m. on April 5, 7, 11 and 13 at the New Albany Police Department. The course is recommended for ages 13 and older.

Email Leland Kelly at LKelly@newalbanypolice.org to learn more and to register.

Our next course will be offered in the summer.
