Please join us in congratulating Deputy Andy Kirby as the April Corrections Employee of the Month. Staff members who nominated Deputy Kirby shared: “Deputy Kirby creates a more normal environment for the inmates by creating a barbershop atmosphere and engaging inmates to cut hair, sweep floors, etc. Deputy Kirby is also respected for his willingness to tutor inmates. He flies under the radar and doesn’t seek attention or praise but he is always there to help regardless of the situation.”
The FCSO Change Team, which works to develop and implement the Strategic Inmate Management Philosophy (SIM) at the corrections facilities, honored Deputy Kirby’s excellence at roll call Wednesday evening.
