April: Home prices in Westerville increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Westerville rose by $13,550 while total sales increased by 128.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 4.3 percent increase over the $316,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Westerville in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Westerville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,424, approximately 1.6 percent of the median home sale price for April.
