A Hand to Hold

Hand

A HAND TO HOLD.  It’s said a picture is worth a thousand words.  This one speaks volumes.  When a woman was struggling with thoughts of self-harm and was transported to the hospital, she had one simple request. She asked an FCSO Deputy, “”Will you hold my hand?” And so they stood for a while, hands clasped, joined together by a moment of despair.  This photo epitomizes everything the deputies stand for; protection, service, character, and courage.  The FCSO is proud of the men and woman who put on the uniform and badge every day knowing that someone, somewhere in Franklin County is going to need a hand to hold.
