National Public Works Week, we want to celebrate and thank our award-winning team in the Water Reclamation Department!
This crew operates and maintains an extended aeration water reclamation facility and wastewater collection system that consists of 58 miles of sewer mains, 11 sewage pump stations, and 1,195 manholes.
Here the team is pictured with the Facility Image Award they received last week from the Ohio Water Environment Association. This award is intended to recognize OWEA members who have enhanced the physical image of their workplace by cleaning up their own work facilities or have promoted the profession through outreach, overall resulting in a better image for the profession as viewed by the general public.
Way to go, Water Reclamation crew! And thanks for all you do!
