Emergency Rental Assistance Funds

Rental

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners also approved Resolution 423-22 this morning, providing nearly $4.8 million in federal Emergency Rental Assistance funds to over 800 eligible households impacted by COVID-19. The average household will receive approximately $4,900 in assistance - and will be served by IMPACT Community Action, as they work to stabilize housing challenges across the community.

Franklin County has worked to expend its first round of ERA funds to better assist households facing critical rental and utility needs over the last year. We appreciate our partnership with IMPACT and other members of the Housing Stabilization Coalition as we seek to serve #EveryResidentEveryDay.
