Median home prices in Blacklick rose to $490,500 in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Blacklick rose by $210,500 while total sales increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,500 - a 75.2 percent increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Blacklick in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Blacklick for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,850, approximately 1.2 percent of the median home sale price for May.
