The FCSO is investigating a deadly crash that occurred just after 8AM Friday on I-270 southbound near 670 in Mifflin Township. The victim was standing next to his disabled vehicle on the side of the road when he was struck and killed by a suspected OVI driver. Our deepest condolences are with the victim’s loved ones, and our thoughts are with the deputies and medics who responded to this tragedy. The FCSO Accident Investigation Unit is continuing the investigation.
