John O'Grady, Franklin County Commissioner presented a resolution honoring the leadership, courage, and service of Fran Ryan today. Fran spent a remarkable career in service to and has helped Columbus and Franklin County to become one of the most livable communities in America.
We applaud the City of Columbus - City Hall for celebrating her legacy and establishing the new Fran Ryan Center, located in Old Towne East. The center will be the new home to the Golden Hobby Gift Shop, includes a community park, and expands creative arts programming and wellness activities.
