The commissioners’ Community Partnerships department recently opened applications for Health Equity Grants. This application is open until Wednesday, November 16th, 2022 at 11:59PM and will be awarded to local nonprofit agencies that provide services to improve physical, mental, and behavioral health and well-being by increasing access to care, utilization of services, and social connectedness.
