Mr. Bill Hixson was truly the guest of honor tonight during his annual open house presentation at The West Woods, as he treated an audience of almost 100 people to humorous accounts of his 38 years decorating the White House (which he calls “the people’s house”) and shared the holiday lore that informs many of his beautiful decor pieces and ornaments. We were so grateful to have him back for another special night.
