**UPDATE** All of these babies have been ADOPTED!

Prepare yourselves!  We are coming to you this evening with 7 extremely valid and reasonable excuses to get out of work tomorrow and we are 99.9% certain that your boss will understand! 

These 8-week-old German Shepherd puppies, Peach, Strawberry, Kiwi, Watermelon, Apple, Banana and Grape will all be available for adoption and ready to head home with you when the shelter opens tomorrow, Tuesday, at 11:00 a.m.  

For all good reasons, German Shepherds are one of America’s most loved breeds. They are agile, confident and intelligent dogs whose loyalty to their family knows no boundaries. 

Their versatility allows them to make great working dogs as well as fantastic family dogs. However, these high-energy dogs may not be best suited for every lifestyle.  

In addition to meeting with the dog(s) that you are interested in adopting, please allow sufficient time when visiting the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center to meet one-on-one with an Adoption counselor. 

Our Adoption counselors are here to answer any questions that you may have and will be with you every step of the adoption process to ensure a great match is made for all. 

Interested adopters are encouraged to visit our Columbus, Ohio adoption center in-person during normal adoption hours. 

Adoptions and foster-to-adopts are completed the same day. No appointments are needed. No online pre-approval required. Walk-ins only.
