Who’s ready to snuggle up with a shelter dog this Holiday Weekend? | ABC 6
It is with heavy hearts that the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center relays the passing of Constance Swackhammer.
Constance was a loving wife and mother, a doting grandmother with a wide array of crafty hobbies, and she co-founded Faithful Forgotten Best Friends; a non-profit focused on improving the quality of life for the pets of Franklin County's underserved and vulnerable communities.
Constance was a beacon of light to Franklin County and beyond, and she will be deeply missed.
