Sunday, March 30: New Albany High School standout Elijah Griffith’s college team wins to Ball State Cardinals

On Sunday, March 30, former New Albany High School standout Elijah Griffith’s current college team, the Akron Zips, won 11-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ball State Cardinals.

The game took place at Skeeles Field. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Zips’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 3 p.m. at Woerner Field against Dayton Flyers.
