On Sunday, March 30, former Westerville-South High School standout Jake Llaneza’s current college team, the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, lost 18-11 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the St. Edward's Hilltoppers.

The game took place at Lucian-Hamilton Field. This was their third matchup against the Hilltoppers this season.

The Chaparrals’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 31 at 1 p.m. at Lucian-Hamilton Field against St. Edward's Hilltoppers.
